Creating, governing and leveraging a capability-centric operating model

Please join us to discuss a topic that is critical for organizational alignment and buyin for a fully-realized business architecture practice: capability ownership and management. We will explore the following topics in an interactive dialog:

  • Who is ultimately accountable for the management and outcomes of a business capability?
  • How is business capability ownership established, managed and properly incented?
  • What are the roles and responsibilities of capability owners and managers?
  • Is capability ownership necessary to fully realize a business architecture practice?
