Please join us on Tuesday, May 21 for our next Twin Cities Business Architecture Forum meeting, hosted by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Mike Yates (Director of IT Business Management) and Jenny Lee (Senior Business Architect) will discuss the high level case and methodology to understand “Cost of Capabilities” (via an “IT Transparency” effort) within one of Thrivent’s business areas.
They will discuss their approach, and how they presented the information to the business area to help them fully understand and make decisions on “run-the-business” costs in coordination with future strategic investments.
