Express Scripts is a charter member and happy to be an ongoing sponsor of the TCBAF. Express Scripts has been actively employing Business Architecture principles and models in the organization for over three years now.
When our Express Scripts colleagues hosted the Community meeting last March, they shared the company’s journey to becoming a Fortune 25 company using Business Architecture as one of the valuable underpinnings for their growth and transformation. With the launch of The Healthcare Marketplace (known by many as Obamacare) 2013 was a landmark year for Express Scripts and the Healthcare industry in general.
It’s been a requirements-heavy and complex year for Express Scripts on the regulatory side of Medicare Part D, performing client migrations in nearly half of its total Book of Business, and the largest 1/1 event (systems, process and functional transformation) ever in the company’s history.
