This session’s topic is Customer Centric Design. Discussions will include how tools such as Journey Mapping and Customer Lifecycle Frameworks may inform customer centric planning.
This bi-monthly event was rescheduled to Tuesday, May 23 to avoid venue conflicts, and to allow a bit more time between our April and May meeting. Our regular meeting calendar cadence will resume in July.
