Join us for our January Twin Cities Business Architecture Forum hosted by Metro State on January 19 at 4 p.m.
Enterprise Architects need to keep track of technical and process complexities. As such, the need and utility of EA tools is evident. Business Architecture (BA) is different in key respects.
BA operates closer to the business side. It is meant to bridge the strategy of an enterprise with its business capabilities. A goal of BA is to provide a description of what a business needs to address to achieve its strategies. All this, while dealing with business ambiguity, and at the same time, explaining complex relationships in plain English and at a high level to business leaders. In other words, regarding tools, the needs of a Business Architect are different.
Metro State hosts the January forum where Target will lead an interactive and casual discussion on how they define their business architecture needs and look at tools to address those needs. Some of the topics they will discuss:
Note: Immediately preceding the presentation, Metro State will be hosting their free monthly Expert Insights Seminar: Business Architecture Basics from 3 – 4 pm. Reserve your seat at: http://metrostateipd.org/business-architecture-basics-seminar-jan-19-2016/

Food and refreshments will be served.
