Business Architecture: Investing in what matters most

January 17, 2017 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm CST

The January Forum will focus on strengthening the connection between strategy and capability investment; specifically, determining which capability investments are most promising to lift ROI for a given strategy set. Even with an acceptable level of agreement on the maturity assessments of key capabilities and a defined pathway to higher maturity levels, there remains the question of how to best deploy finite resources in way that will optimize strategy execution.

Our panel will share their experience with methods and approaches to facilitate real-world resource allocation decisions in ways that help mitigate “political” solutions and maximize ROI.

Attendees will also be invited to share their experience and offer their insights as to what works and what doesn’t in the competition for resources.

LOCATION NOTE:  Forum is held in the Student Center, adjacent to the parking ramp located on Maria avenue between East 7th Street and East 6th Street (accessible directly from I-94 eastbound via Mounds Blvd left exit)
