We have observed the coming and going of business architecture teams and practices within many of our organizations. As a TCBAF Community, lets talk about your experience, listen to the journey of others, and learn from the highs and lows our colleagues have experienced.

This is not a “talking head” community meeting; this is a meeting to reflect on the collective experiences with our colleagues so we can learn and grow together–to discuss the beginnings of business architecture practices, the successes and the challenges with staying power, as well as the unfortunate dismantling of practices we have built. This is a chance to support each other and talk about how this Community can best serve our members through an inevitable lifecycle.

🚀 We will facilitate the sharing of Community members’ experiences.
🚀 We will seek to learn what drove the commencement of business architecture in many organizations, as well as the dismantling of practices in others.
🚀 We will seek to first understand and then apply lessons learned to our own situations and circumstances, and identify what we need in the process.
