Realizing Value through Business Architecture – the Medtronic Journey

The goal of this session is for TCBAF attendees to hear practical, pragmatic ideas as members of the Medtronic business architecture community of practice share stories of how they are delivering business value across the Enterprise. Specifically the stories will revolve around three concepts: Transforming the Customer Experience, Translating Strategy into Action and Simplifying Complexity.

Medtronic has been on its business architecture journey for the past three years. During that time, the team has grown, its membership become more diverse in their thinking and the initial concepts continue to mature and transform from the original vision into reality.
