Using Personas and Value Proposition to define a Business Architecture Consulting service. Using A4G as a case study we will talk through how to use Personas and Value Proposition to understand the customer. As we transition from pilot to on-going entity we will use these tools to define the framework for how we operate. We need input from the community to understand our customer (partner non-profits) and key resources (community volunteers). During the session you will get hands on experience working with a Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition.
