TCBAF September Community Meeting

Our September meeting will include an update and a read-out on progress to date for the Strategy-to-Execution Special Interest Group (SIG) that has been working to create an “S2E” toolkit for the past several months.  The toolkit is meant to encapsulate a number of existing tools and best practices in a useful and useable format for everyday practitioners.

In keeping with our “Business Architecture – A New Perspective” theme this year, we will continue to think about the business architecture mindset; we will not only walk through the toolkit, but also conduct an interactive exercise aimed at overcoming common obstacles that many in the community face.  Tools are often the easy part.  The hard part is achieving organizational alignment and buy-in!
