These changes are leading organizations to realign around customer facing “products” and internal “services”, such as Infrastructure or platform services, designed to enable product development services. These changes have implications for Business and Technical Architectures to enable effective and efficient delivery of customer value. Aric Aune has been involved with realizing business opportunities through technology since 1999. He has worked in various roles and capacities at Pillsbury, General Mills, Target, Express Scripts (now Cigna), Securing Financial, and Calabrio. Aric has been a Manager of Internet Development, Solutions and Enterprise Architect, and most recently working as an Agile Coach focused on Infrastructure and Operations (Platform) teams.
