Twin Cities Business Architecture Forum Meeting

October 18, 2022 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm CDT

Free

In today’s competitive landscape, organizations are increasingly looking to move from more traditional operating models to more Product-Centric operating models. These changes are leading organizations to realign around customer facing “products” and internal “services”, such as Infrastructure or platform services, designed to enable product development services. These changes have implications for Business and Technical Architectures to enable effective and efficient delivery of customer value. Join this in-person chat with Aric Aune to have a conversation about moving to a Product-Centric operating model and the Organizational opportunities and/or Challenges in making this transition.

Aric Aune has been involved with realizing business opportunities through technology since 1999. He has worked in various roles and capacities at Pillsbury, General Mills, Target, Express Scripts (now Cigna), Securing Financial, and Calabrio. Aric has been a Manager of Internet Development, Solutions and Enterprise Architect, and most recently working as an Agile Coach focused on Infrastructure and Operations (Platform) teams. Please join us for this fantastic opportunity to hear from these industry leaders on this important new organization!

We will gather in person on site at Cargill at 4pm.The October meeting will be offered in-person only. Please register so we know you’re coming!
