Strategy to Reality: Becoming Our Reality

After decades of shaping, practicing, and advocating for business architecture, we are arriving.  Year after year, the growing global business architecture community – anchored in the leadership and strength of the TCBAF community – has delivered on a mission.  We are bonded together not by models and maps, but rather our commitment to new ways of working and thinking for the benefit of our organizations and societies.  In this session, we will explore the global pulse and trends around business architecture, how far we have come, and where we could go next.  We will celebrate this moment together and challenge ourselves to rise in order to meet what the world needs from us next.

From the Back Cover…

Turn Strategy into Reality.  Make the Seemingly Impossible Possible!

The power of clear intent translated into organized effort can change the world. In an era of unprecedented change, organizations must possess the ability to consistently execute clear strategies to successfully transform their business. However, worldwide, most struggle to move big ideas into action in an effective and timely manner. Why? Because there is a missing middle for translating and activating those ideas.

Business architecture is the answer. Every organization needs to build the capacity for shared understanding—where their organization is today, where it is going in the future, and how it will get there—to shift mindsets and facilitate better strategy execution, decision-making, and organizational design.

Author and globally renowned business thought leader, Whynde Kuehn, shares her decades of boots-on-the-ground experience with clarity, simplicity, and pragmatism. Whether you are a start-up, government agency, non-profit, or amongst the Fortune 500, Strategy to Reality demonstrates how to build successful business architecture from end-to-end, based on real-life, proven approaches, turning big ideas, goals, and strategy into reality!
