Assessing Capability Gaps
Assessing Capability Gaps Join us on Tuesday, January 15, as Metropolitan State University facilitates a discussion around assessing and reconciling capability gaps. This presentation will demonstrate a recommended approach to conducting a business capabilities gap assessment. Pat Salaski, an experienced practitioner in the field of business architecture and charter member of our TCBAF community, will take us through a tried and tested process for conducting this key assessment; including facilitating alignment on the current state, developing applicable documentation, choosing the appropriate assessment ‘level’, and sharing guidelines for writing effective gap statements. The meeting will begin with networking and a quick review of the upcoming Business Architecture Certificate Program offering: information/registration details found here! Our feature presentation will follow and we’ll finish with discussion for questions and input from the group. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you and enjoying an engaging, enthusiastic discussion! Agenda Networking Introductions Business Meeting Brief Presentation Roundtable Discussion Download Presentation
