Approaching Tools for Success

Join us for our November Twin Cities Business Architecture Forum hosted by Cargill on November 17 at 4 p.m.
The Business Architecture team will provide an overview on how Cargill is maturing their Business Architecture practice with formal processes and tools as an enabler. One of the key factors in maturing business architecture is how EA engages with the Business Partner organization.
Cargill’s presentation will show the approach for engaging with the Business Partner organization, key concepts around Business Capabilities and a scenario that illustrates the outcome and business value. Cargill’s tools for success include both formalized processes and investment in a formal EA Tool.
There will be an interactive breakout session where individuals teams have an opportunity to focus on key topics.
Given the nature of this dialog, please feel free to bring a business partner along that may find this discussion valuable and of interest.
